    Such wonderful overall experience. Nice hotel with excellent service in awesome location short walk to great restaurants, the fitness center, and Bozeman airport. Absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains and sunrise from beautiful rooms, courteous employees.

    I really loved the hotel's quiet yet central spot, just a few steps from Main Street and with great coffee options around the corner were great. Plus, the cozy ambiance throughout the hotel.

    The rooftop pool was a total dream! Soaking in hot-tub temperatures while enjoying panoramic views of the gorgeous mountains made for the perfect unwind after exploring the vibrant surroundings. Plus, the creative cocktails at the Sky Shed were delicious, definitely a must-have 🌄🍹

    The bathroom fan was out of commission. Upon check-in, I found myself locked out for over 20 minutes due to a closed door safety latch. Not exactly the welcome I had in mind. The door to my room needed a good slam to close, which doesn't add to the sense of luxury you might expect here. Housekeeping operates on request only and returning after a day out to find unpicked-up towels was a letdown. Little details like the complimentary note placed in the wrong room just added to the overall confusion. I didn't feel the high-end vibe that comes with this kind of price tag.

    The check-in process was fantastic. I loved the staff's friendliness. The rooftop pool provided a fine view and was such a nice bonus . My room was clean and modern, which I appreciated a lot. The happy hour in the lobby was a fun touch with good wine and charcuterie. I was disappointed that the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed . I had chosen this hotel mainly for that reason, and it would have been helpful if the staff communicated that beforehand. Room service took longer than expected, frustrating after a long day. Parking was a hassle too. The valet service was overpriced, and finding street parking was a challenge in the area. There were some great aspects, but the closed amenities and service delays left me feeling let down.
